Using Tags for Incidents and Alerts

There are many possible uses of tags to associate some context with the configuration entry.

One example is tagging interesting configs to review while troubleshooting a complex incident. This allows multiple users to easily lookup and refer to the same piece of information just by searching on the ticket number or just clicking on the tag label.

This will save time having to cut-and-paste information into the ticket and also be handy if you ever need to go back and refer to the ticket for review or audit.
